“The Iskra-Park Urban Quarter is the immediate successor to the iconic Big Style creations from the 1930s-1950s. Created by SPEECH in collaboration with Art. Lebedev Studio, the new architectural appearance and the detailed neoclassical façade of the complex have received acclaim from the professional community and from our customers, boosting the sales of apartment suites,” comments Irina Burdelnaya, Advisor to the President of Hals-Development for PR.
Iskra-Park is a premium quarter on Leningradsky Avenue. The project is based on an architectural design by SPEECH. The austere geometry of its form, as well as the restrained palette of its trim stone convey a likeness to the masterpieces of Moscow architecture of the past century. The façade will be adorned with unique patterns designed by Art. Lebedev Studio, illustrating the achievements of the USSR during the 1930s-1960s in aircraft engineering, space industry, petroleum and nuclear industry, etc. The Iskra-Park project has been named winner at the professional PRO Awards 2017 in the Urban Real Estate category, and at the Best for Life 2017 Awards in the Residential Real Estate category.
