Hals-Development: Second Stage of Nasledie Residential Quarter Commissioned

Hals-Development has obtained a commissioning permit for the second stage of the Nasledie Residential Quarter on Krasnobogatyrskaya Street. The second stage of construction includes 5 residential sections of various heights (5 to 16 floors) and a two-story shopping center, the residential sections feature a total of 345 apartments, 624 parking spaces and about 5,000 sq m of private infrastructure: a café, a store and a two-story shopping center. The architectural design was developed by Creative Production Union Reserve. Ant Yapi acted as the project’s General Contractor.

The highly sought-after concept and the outperformance of the Nasledie Residential Quarter construction have both ensured a pace of sales that is above the market average and allowed us to sell all the apartments before the project is commissioned,” comments Sergey Kalinin, President of Hals-Development.

The Nasledie Residential Quarter occupies the area of 5 hectares in the Preobrazhensky district and includes two multisection buildings of various heights (1-4-7-16 floors) with a total of 1050 apartments, and a two-level underground parking garage with 1734 parking spaces. The total area of the complex is 180,000 sq m.

The façade of the Nasledie Residential Quarter is finished with natural and artificial stone and adorned with moldings and decorative lattices with floral ornaments reflecting the traditional decorative style of the 1930—1950s Soviet architecture. Inaccessible to cars, the Quarter’s courtyard is a comfortable space accommodating playgrounds and sports areas. The ground floors are reserved for infrastructure facilities – cafés, restaurants, communal services, a beauty salon, etc.
The first stage of the Quarter was commissioned in September 2016, three months ahead of schedule. In 2017, Hals-Development commenced sales of the third stage of Nasledie. The project’s third stage offers 245 apartments with areas ranging between 44 and 136 sq m. A unique offer of the project is its one-of-a-kind apartments with panoramic glazing, and apartments allowing for installation of wood burning fireplaces. The project’s territory will also include a modern childcare center for 220 children.

As of today, the first and the second stages of the Nasledie Residential Quarter have sold out, and about 25% of apartments in the third stage have been sold. The Quarter is scheduled to be fully completed in Q2 2019.

The Nasledie Residential Quarter was the winner in the Top Seller category at the International Real Estate Market Records Award 2015. In 2016, it was named the Best Construction Project at a competition organized by the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee.
