Hals-Development to Build a Childcare Center for 220 Children in Nasledie Residential Quarter
Hals-Development has obtained a design approval and a favorable opinion from the Moscow State Expertise for a pre-school educational institution within the Nasledie Residential Quarter on Krasnobogatyrskaya Street. The childcare center will be built on the Quarter grounds and have a capacity for 220 children, twelve age groups. The building will have an area of 4,000 sq m. The children’s educational institution has three above-ground floors and includes a musical hall for shows, a gym hall, and a private catering unit. Its fenced secured territory will accommodate a sports ground for open-air PE classes, shaded shelters, and it will be landscaped with bushes, trees and flower beds. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in Q3 2019.
“Hals-Development fulfills its commitment to social infrastructure development. A new modern childcare center will be built in the Nasledie Residential Quarter, making the project focused entirely on family residents. The Nasledie Quarter is based on the ‘city in a city’ concept, and in it we have managed to create a full-fledged living environment adapted to every need of a modern urban dweller,” comments Sergey Litskevich, Vice President and Director of the Construction Department of Hals-Development.
The Nasledie Residential Quarter occupies an area of 5 hectares in the Preobrazhensky district and includes two multisection buildings of various heights with a total of 1050 apartments, and a two-level underground parking garage with 1734 parking spaces. The total area of the complex is 180,000 sq m. The architectural design was developed by the Reserve Creative Production Union.
The ground floors in the quarter are reserved for infrastructure facilities – a bakery café, children’s club, communal services, beauty salon, etc. The total area of the infrastructure facilities is about 9,000 sq m. In 2017, a 1200 sq m Perekryostok retail chain supermarket opened in a two-level shopping center, a part of the second stage of Nasledie.
The first and second stages of the Nasledie Residential Quarter have been commissioned and sold out. In 2017, Hals-Development commenced the construction of the project’s third stage, which would include 245 apartments. The complex is scheduled to be fully completed in Q3 2019.
The Nasledie Residential Quarter was the winner in the Top Seller category at the International Real Estate Market Records Award 2015. In 2016, it was named the Best Construction Project at the competition organized by the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee.
