The Dostoyanie Residential Quarter (owned and developed by Hals-Development) was named winner at the annual Urban Awards 2017. The project was voted the Most Eco-Friendly Business-Class Complex in Moscow. The winner in the eco-friendliness category is determined based on its location, energy efficiency, use of technologies minimizing negative environmental impact, safety and comfort of living, and environmental responsibility of developer.

“The Dostoyanie Residential Quarter is one of our company’s most celebrated projects that has rightfully won recognition from market experts. Along with its architectural solution and engineering specifications, eco-friendliness of real estate remains an important parameter for today’s buyers. The residential quarter is being constructed in the Western District of Moscow that is conventionally known for its good environmental situation. There are three large parks within a walking distance from the complex,” comments Leonid Kaprov, Senior Vice President of Hals-Development.

Urban Awards is a high-profile residential real estate award established in 2009. The main goal of the award is to celebrate the best development projects in order to promote modern standards and spread the best practices in construction, architecture, marketing and management of real estate. In 2017, the awards ceremony was held on November 22 in the Crystal Ball Room in Moscow-City.

The Dostoyanie Residential Quarter includes three residential towers – Nauka, Kultura and Iskusstvo. As of today, concrete construction has been completed at the Kultura and Iskusstvo buildings, with a total of 35,000 cu m of concrete work performed. Installation of engineering services is currently underway in the quarter, and in December 2017 façade work is scheduled to commence. The construction is scheduled to be completed in Q4 of 2018.
