Teatralny Dom na Povarskoy

A new interpretation of an eternal classic, Teatralny Dom na Povarskoy is bound to become a universally recognized masterpiece this season.

Description

THE SEASON’S NEW HIT! Teatralny Dom na Povarskoy!

From Stanislavsky and Meyerhold to modern aesthetics and a premium class of comfort.

This building is one of the best examples of 19th century Moscow architecture. The carefully renovated facades preserve the magnificent glory of the neo-classical style. The internal facades, designed in a Russian modernist style, bring harmony to the building’s exterior, giving it an integral, stylistically perfect, and attractive image.

Teatralny Dom na Povarskoy, which used to accommodate Stanislavsky’s famous theatrical studio, is ready to show off its new incarnation.

The prestigious location of the Teatralny Dom testifies to the special status of its owners.

The apartments offer a wonderful view of the green garden in Merzlyakovsky Lane and Povarskaya Street which is made up mostly of low-rises. The view to Novy Arbat is crowned by the five-domed Church of St. Simeon Stylites, a pearl of 17th-century Russian Orthodox architecture.

Teatralny Dom na Povarskoy is the season’s most anticipated premiere!
