Hals-Development: Locko-Bank Purchased Office Space in SkyLight Business Center

Hals-Development has finalized the sale of 4,500 sq m of office space in Tower B of the SkyLight Business Center (39 Leningradsky Avenue) to the commercial bank Locko-Bank (JSC). The transaction was made with the consulting services of the world’s leading real estate advisor CBRE. The office areas located on floors 11 to 15 are ready to use and will serve as the head office of Locko-Bank.

The Business Center is a conflux of major finance and IT companies, which demonstrates its high status and investment prospects,” says Leonid Kaprov, Senior Vice President of Hals-Development.

The class-A SkyLight Business Center is a unique architectural design by Alexei Vorontsov featuring state-of-the-art technology and engineering solutions. It is comprised of two buildings with a total area of about 100,000 sq m. The office complex stands in a high-end area of Moscow, its location at the center of the city’s business district ensuring its perfect accessibility by transport. The underground section of the complex accommodates a parking garage with 705 parking spaces. Today the list of tenants residing in the Business Center includes Mail.ru Group, Stryker, JSC StroyTransNefteGaz, CSL Behring Biotherapies GmbH and others.

The portfolio of Hals-Development includes over 600,000 sq m of commercial real estate with various degrees of completion. Some of the company’s largest projects are the operating SkyLight Business Center, the Children Dreamhouse Mall on Lubyanka, the Danilovsky Fort Business Center, and the projects that are currently under construction: the Multipurpose Complex IQ-Quarter in the International Business Center Moscow-City and the office building in the Iskra-Park Urban Quarter.

In 2016, three projects of Hals-Development – LETO Shopping and Entertainment Complex (Saint Petersburg), Skylight Business Center (Moscow) and Children Dreamhouse Mall on Lubyanka (Moscow) were named the winners of the nation-wide 100 Best Office and Shopping Centers of Russia Award, which aims to celebrate the most successful and high-quality development projects on the commercial real estate market.
