Hals-Development Executives Lead 2016 TOP1000 Russian Managers List
Management of Hals-Development has established itself as a leader in six categories of the 17th TOP1000 Russian Managers 2016 ranking, published annually by the Russian Managers Association in cooperation with the Kommersant Publishing House.
In the TOP1000 Russian Managers ranking published on October 3, 2016 President of Hals-Development Sergey Kalinin has ranked 1st among CEOs in the construction sector. Senior Vice President of Hals-Development Leonid Kaprov has ranked second among CFOs.
Vice President and Head of the Administrative Department Mikhail Sivak has ranked 1st among HR executives. Head of the Information Technologies Department Vladimir Ivanov was named the best IT Director. Advisor to the President for PR Irina Burdelnaya has ranked 3rd among PR Directors.
During the post-release press conference, held on October 3 in the Press Room of the News Agency Rossiya Segodnya, President of the Russian Managers Association Vladimir Senin noted that the new edition of the ranking was one of the most anticipated and widely discussed events of the year for the business community. He said that the voting methodology engaged independent experts, ensuring that the TOP1000 Russian Managers ranking truly lists the best executives.
In his speech the President of Hals-Development Sergey Kalinin stressed the importance of positive thinking in the new economic reality, and emphasized the responsibility of each manager both for the economic performance of their company, and for the future of Russia.
TOP1000 Russian Managers is a tool for assessing professional reputation of high-ranking managers in Russia. The annual ranking identifies the best executives in the country, as selected by the business community itself, and serves as a business climate indicator for Russia. The goal of the ranking is to study the knowledge of best Russian managers about their colleagues who have achieved outstanding managerial results and had the greatest impact on the Russian economy during the previous year.
